FEES & BOOKING
I believe counselling should be accessible, so while I build my new private practice I’m offering a limited number of low-cost places. These will be reviewed every 8–12 weeks and may increase to my standard rate as availability reduces.
All sessions are 50 minutes and completely confidential.
Initial Counselling Assessment
£35
A 50-minute introductory session (face-to-face in central Hove or online)
Ongoing Counselling Sessions
£35–£40 (low-cost launch rate) Rising to standard £60 as places fill
Standalone Hypnotherapy
£75
50 minute sessions (completely separate from counselling)
Payments by bank transfer in advance (details provided on booking). 24-hour cancellation policy: Full fee charged for late cancellations or missed sessions (shorter notice may be waived in exceptional circumstances).
I currently have limited low-cost counselling places available from February 2026.
