Counselling
A Space to Be Heard
Counselling offers you a confidential, supportive space to talk openly about what’s going on in your life — without pressure to have it all figured out.
It’s a place where you can stop holding everything together and simply be honest about how things really feel.
As a person-centered psychotherapeutic counsellor, I work alongside you rather than directing or diagnosing. Sessions are led by what feels most important to you. Together, we gently explore thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns, helping you develop deeper self-understanding, self-trust, and emotional clarity.
