Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful way of working with your subconscious mind — the part of you that influences habits, emotional responses, and deeply held beliefs. By working at this level, change can feel calmer, more natural, and longer lasting.

Hypnotherapy is not mind control, and you cannot be made to do anything you don’t want to do. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session. It’s a deeply relaxed state of focused attention where your mind becomes more open to positive change and new perspectives.

As an accredited person-centred psychotherapeutic counsellor and hypnotherapist, I offer hypnotherapy in a way that is ethical, collaborative, and tailored to you.

 Pricing 

£85  for a 50 minute sessions
(completely separate from counselling)

Payments by bank transfer in advance (details provided on booking). 24-hour cancellation policy: Full fee charged for late cancellations or missed sessions (shorter notice may be waived in exceptional circumstances).
